- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- In a food processor, combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, tahini, chickpeas and cumin.
- Process until smooth.
- With the motor running, slowly add the olive oil and process until combined.
- Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
