Garlic Hummus
Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Steps
  1. In a food processor, combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, tahini, chickpeas and cumin.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. With the motor running, slowly add the olive oil and process until combined.
  4. Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
