- 4-5 large potatoes, cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place cubed potatoes in a medium-sized bowl.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Mix together until potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm.
