In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
Add warm water and 2 tablespoons of the olive oil. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
Lightly oil a large bowl with remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Place dough in the bowl and turn to coat with oil. Cover with plastic wrap or a damp towel and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan with olive oil.
Gently punch down dough. Turn out onto prepared pan and press out evenly to fill the pan.
Sprinkle garlic over top of dough. Drizzle remaining olive oil over top.
