Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup warm water

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the olive oil and warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until it forms a dough.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll them out into two thin rounds.
  5. Place them on a greased baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle with garlic, herbs, and salt to taste.
  7. Bake at 425°F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
