- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 loaf French bread
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine garlic, butter, Parmesan cheese, oregano and basil.
- Cut bread lengthwise into 1-inch slices, but do not cut through bottom crust.
- Spread butter mixture in between slices.
- Wrap loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
