Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt; cook and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter mixture and mozzarella cheese. Gradually stir in the flour until the mixture forms a soft dough.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 2 minutes. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces.
Roll each piece of dough into a long strip about 1/2 inch thick. Place strips on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
