Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Steps
  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic, red pepper flakes and shrimp; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in parsley.
  2. Serve immediately with rice pilaf.
