Ingredients
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter (or olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Steps
  1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, white wine, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Simmer for a few minutes until sauce has thickened.
  5. Serve with pasta or rice.
