- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter (or olive oil)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
