- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place four 12-inch squares of aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
- Place a salmon fillet in the center of each square of foil.
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Divide the butter mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Fold the sides of the aluminum foil up around the salmon and seal tightly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
