Garlic Aioli
Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

  1. Mash the garlic and salt together in a mortar and pestle until it forms a paste.
  2. Add the mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice, and stir until combined.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
