- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 (10 inch) pre-baked pizza crust
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, green pepper and onion.
- Spread tomato sauce over pizza crust.
- Sprinkle cheese and vegetables over sauce.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
