Fudge
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  2. Stir in sugar and cocoa powder.
  3. Gradually stir in the milk.
  4. Bring to a boil, and cook until the mixture reaches 234 degrees F (112 degrees C) on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat.
  5. Pour into a buttered 8x8 inch pan.
  6. Let cool and cut into squares.
