- 1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- In a large bowl, combine the green and red cabbage.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour this over the cabbage and toss to combine.
- Stir in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans. Serve chilled.
