- 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup diced fresh mango
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- In a medium bowl, combine pineapple, mango, onion, bell pepper and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey and cinnamon.
- Pour over fruit mixture and stir to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
