Frozen Margarita …
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons orange liqueur
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into the batter until just blended.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Cake is done when it springs back to the touch.
  7. Let cool before frosting.
