Steps
  1. Peel and cut potatoes into thin strips.
  2. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 375°F.
  3. Fry potatoes in batches for 3 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  5. Sprinkle with salt.
