- 2 zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Dredge each zucchini round in the flour mixture.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the zucchini slices to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from heat and serve.
