Fried Zucchini
Ingredients
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps
  1. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge each zucchini round in the flour mixture.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the zucchini slices to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from heat and serve.
