In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Add the zucchini slices and toss to coat.
Heat a few inches of oil in a large pot over medium heat until it reaches 350°F.
Working in batches, add the zucchini slices to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2 minutes per side. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
