Ingredients
  • 2 large zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Canola oil, for frying

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Add the zucchini slices and toss to coat.
  2. Heat a few inches of oil in a large pot over medium heat until it reaches 350°F.
  3. Working in batches, add the zucchini slices to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2 minutes per side. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
