- 1 block extra-firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Drain the tofu and press to remove excess moisture. Cut into cubes.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce and honey until smooth. Pour the mixture over the tofu and toss to coat.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce is bubbling and thickened.
- Serve warm.
