- 1 package extra-firm tofu
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Drain the tofu and press it between two paper towels to remove any excess moisture. Cut into cubes.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the cornstarch, garlic powder, and salt.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and toss to coat in the oil.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and serve.
