Fried Tofu Cubes
Ingredients
  • 1 package extra-firm tofu
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Drain the tofu and press it between two paper towels to remove any excess moisture. Cut into cubes.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the cornstarch, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and toss to coat in the oil.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat and serve.
