- 1/2 pound extra-firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 ounces dried rice noodles
- In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and brown sugar. Mix until combined.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Add the soy sauce mixture to the skillet and stir to coat the tofu. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Add the noodles to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until noodles are tender.
- Serve hot.
