Fried Tofu & Riceā€¦
Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound extra-firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 ounces dried rice noodles

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and brown sugar. Mix until combined.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Add the soy sauce mixture to the skillet and stir to coat the tofu. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  4. Add the noodles to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  5. Serve hot.
