Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute per side.
Divide the shrimp among the tortillas and serve with your favorite toppings.
