Fried Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas

Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute per side.
  3. Divide the shrimp among the tortillas and serve with your favorite toppings.
