Fried Rice
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and carrots and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add peas and cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.
  3. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add soy sauce and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
