Fried Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Steps
  1. Peel and cut potatoes into thin slices.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low and continue cooking for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
