- 4 large potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges.
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the potato wedges and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
