Fried Potato Skins
Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges.
  3. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread the wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top of the potato wedges and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve warm.
