Fried Potato Salad
Ingredients
  • Potatoes
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Steps
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  2. In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the potatoes and fry until golden brown.
  4. Drain the potatoes on paper towels.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  6. Add the fried potatoes to the bowl and mix well.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
