In a large bowl, mix together the pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions.
Place 1 tablespoon of the pork mixture in each wonton wrapper.
Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water and fold in half to form a triangle.
Press down on the edges to seal.
Heat 2 inches of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
