Ingredients
  • 2 ripe plantains
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Steps
  1. Peel the plantains and cut into thin slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the plantain slices and fry until golden and crisp, about 2 minutes per side.
  4. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.
