In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and paprika. In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs. Place the panko crumbs in a third shallow bowl.
Dip each pickle slice into the flour mixture to coat both sides. Dip into the egg mixture and then coat with the panko crumbs.
In a large skillet, heat 1 inch of oil to 375°. Fry pickles in batches until golden brown on both sides; drain on paper towels.
