Ingredients
  • 1 jar sliced dill pickles
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Steps
  1. Drain the pickles and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and buttermilk.
  4. Dip each pickle slice into the egg mixture and then coat with the flour mixture.
  5. In a large skillet over medium heat, pour in enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
  6. Fry the pickles until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels. Serve with ranch dipping sauce.
