- 1 jar sliced dill pickles
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Drain the pickles and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and buttermilk.
- Dip each pickle slice into the egg mixture and then coat with the flour mixture.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, pour in enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Fry the pickles until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat and drain on paper towels. Serve with ranch dipping sauce.
