Ingredients
  • 1 pound pickled okra
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Dredge okra in the flour mixture.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry okra until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Drain on paper towels and serve with chipotle aioli sauce.
