- 1 pound pickled okra
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Dredge okra in the flour mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry okra until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with chipotle aioli sauce.
