Fried Pickle Spea…
Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 quart dill pickle spears, drained and dried

Steps
  1. Preheat oil to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. In a separate shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third shallow bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge each pickle spear in the flour mixture. Shake off any excess flour.
  6. Dip each pickle spear in egg mixture. Allow excess egg to drip off.
  7. Roll each pickle spear in the breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
  8. Deep fry in preheated oil for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
