Fried Fish
Ingredients
  • 2 fish fillets
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. 1. Preheat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. 3. Dredge each fish fillet in the flour mixture, coating both sides.
  4. 4. Place the fish fillets into the hot oil and fry for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. 5. Remove from the pan and serve warm.
