- 2 fish fillets
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1. Preheat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2. Combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
- 3. Dredge each fish fillet in the flour mixture, coating both sides.
- 4. Place the fish fillets into the hot oil and fry for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 5. Remove from the pan and serve warm.
