- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 slices of bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until the whites of the eggs are set, about 2 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, toast the bread.
- Place one fried egg on each slice of toast and enjoy!
