- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Combine the pork, green onions, garlic, ginger root, soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Place 1 teaspoon of the pork mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper and fold in half.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan and heat until shimmering.
- Add the dumplings to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.
