Fried Chicken
Ingredients
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Oil for frying

Steps
  1. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Dip each chicken thigh into the flour mixture until it is completely coated.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry chicken thighs for about 10 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
