- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Oil for frying
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken thigh into the flour mixture until it is completely coated.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken thighs for about 10 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
