- 3 lb chicken tenders
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture and coat evenly.
- Place chicken in hot oil and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
