- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- In a separate shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip the chicken strips in the egg mixture and then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve.
