Fried Brown Rice
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Steps
  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add frozen peas and carrots and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add cooked brown rice, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Stir until combined.
  4. Continue to stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the rice is heated through.
  5. Serve hot.
