Fried Bananas
Ingredients
  • 3 large bananas
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Steps
  1. Peel and cut the bananas into 1/2-inch slices.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, salt and baking powder.
  3. Dip the banana slices in the flour mixture and coat evenly.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the banana slices for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove from heat and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
