- 3 large bananas
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Peel and cut the bananas into 1/2-inch slices.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, salt and baking powder.
- Dip the banana slices in the flour mixture and coat evenly.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the banana slices for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
