- 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
